As part of 2017-18 New York State budget it was mandated that the County Executive from each county convene a panel of local officials to seek ways to save property taxpayer dollars by sharing or consolidating services. The law mandated that the panel be comprised of all city, town and village executives and allowed for others to participate upon invitation.

As Mayor I participated on this panel and helped to develop the Monroe County Shared Services Plan that you can review the approved Monroe County Shared Services Plan on the below link along with the Village of Spencerport’s Efficiency Data.
